Non-hormonal · Taken at night · 30-night supply
As estrogen declines, the temperature range your body tolerates without reacting gets narrower. A shift too small to notice at 40 sets off a flush at 51. Setpoint Nightly is a five-ingredient formula built for the hours that narrowing hits hardest.

Same body, same core temperature drift. The zone is what changed — which is why the flush arrives without a trigger you can name.
The shape of the problem
Core temperature drops naturally in the early morning hours. With a narrowed zone, that ordinary dip is enough to trip the response — which is why the symptom people describe as "hot flashes" is so often, in practice, a sleep problem.
of women experience vasomotor symptoms — hot flashes and night sweats — during the menopause transition.

No hidden doses, no fairy dusting, no filler botanicals added to make the label look busy. Every ingredient is printed on the label at its full amount. If we couldn't hit the studied dose, it isn't in the capsule.
A standardized blend of three root extracts studied in five published human trials in menopausal women, including randomized placebo-controlled studies.4 Selected for what it doesn't do: it doesn't supply hormones and isn't a phytoestrogen.
Elemental magnesium in the glycinate form, chosen for absorption and for being gentle on the stomach overnight.
A standardized saffron stigma extract studied for mood in midlife women, at the dose used in that research.
Bone loss accelerates sharply after the final period. This pair is the least glamorous thing in the bottle and arguably the most important over ten years.
Before you buy
You have almost certainly been oversold to before, probably by a doctor who had eleven minutes. Here is the version we'd want if we were the one reading.
For moderate to severe symptoms, hormone therapy remains the most effective option available, and for many women it is a reasonable one. If that's on the table for you, talk to a menopause-trained clinician first. Setpoint is for people who can't take it, don't want it, or want something alongside it.
In the research behind our lead ingredient, the effect is real and meaningful on average — and average means some people feel a lot and some feel little. Anyone promising you a universal result is selling, not informing.
Give it eight to twelve weeks before you judge it. If a supplement claims to change your nights inside a week, that claim is doing marketing work, not biological work.
It's the most common ingredient in this category and we left it out on purpose. Case reports of liver injury are rare but they exist, and we weren't willing to put a rare serious risk into something you take every night for years.
Who's behind this
Setpoint is run by the two of us — and one of us is the reason it exists. She spent years in the 3 AM wake-ups, and because of her medical history, hormone therapy was never an option her doctors would put on the table. The plan she was handed instead: layers, a fan, patience.
So we're building what we couldn't find on the shelf — every ingredient at its studied dose, printed on the label, nothing hidden, and nothing sold until manufacturing and third-party testing are done. She weighs every decision as the person who'll take it every night. He reads the studies. What you get is the version we'd want our own family taking, because that's exactly what it is.

Questions
Many people do, but this is a question for your prescriber, not for us. Bring them the label — every ingredient and dose is printed on it, nothing hidden.
Two reasons. The magnesium is better suited to the evening, and the symptoms most people want help with cluster in the early morning hours. One dose, one time, harder to forget.
The transition years are when most people first notice the change and when they're most often told to wait it out. Nothing in the formula is keyed to a specific stage.
Once we're actually selling: email us inside 60 nights and we refund the order, no need to send the bottle back. That policy isn't live yet — right now, joining the waitlist doesn't charge you anything at all.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a hormone-sensitive condition, have liver or kidney disease, or take prescription medication, check with your clinician before starting. This applies to any supplement, and anyone who tells you otherwise is not worth buying from.
